Quality Assurance
The Quality Assurance and Quality Control QA/QC department at Powerweld Gratings in partnership with Lichtgitter is responsible to ensure the products are of highest level of quality and services.
Quality Management System (QMS): The QA/QC department establishes, implements, and maintains the QMS within the organization. This includes developing quality policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, such as ISO 9001. The QMS provides support for effectively managing the quality throughout the company’s processes.
Quality Control Production: Our QA/QC team conducts precise inspections and tests on incoming raw materials, production processes and finished products to verify their adherence to required specifications and standards. This includes performing visual inspections, dimensional checks, mechanical testing, galvanizing/painting checks and other necessary examinations to ensure product conformity as per customer needs.
